Nissan Murano Cross Cabriolet

With its never seen before design and custom boutique style, the Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet is unlike anything on the road. It blends all of the things people love in a SUV with the open air enjoyment of a convertible.
Spacious boot
What Nissan did was to take the normal four-door Murano, removed the roof, two back doors and the rear boot. They then replaced the roof with a cloth that also has a rear glass skylight. This according to Nissan helps create a wide-open interior environment even with the cloth roof up. I would like to introduce you to the worlds first convertible sport utility vehicle.
Side view
The cloth covering the roof is compact thus freeing more boot space for storage. This is rare in most convertibles as the roof and the rear glass are normally crammed up in the boot. The most outstanding on the Murano is it ride-height. This means one can enjoy the pleasures of a convertible while driving off road.

Classy interior
The tall windshield design and high rear seat shoulders help reduce conventional interior air turbulence when the roof is down. This allows a conversation between occupants even at high speeds. Under the bonnet is the same engine found in the normal Murano; a 3.5-liter V6 producing 265 hp. It is also has a four wheel independent suspension for off road driving and enjoyment.
Amazing looking rear
Since its interior will be visible to the world most of the time, Nissan have made it as luxurious as possible. Premium materials are used throughout the interior. Standard and premium leather are double-stitched to give the seats a pattern of elegance. The interior also consists of half-matte chromed trim finish and unique wood-tone trim. They are tuned to match each of three available interior colours; Black, Cashmere (light brown) and Camel (brown).
Best seat in the house
The driver and passengers will enjoy heated seats with power lumbar support. The driver will have a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. All this help keep occupants warm while in the Murano especially when the roof is down.
Stylish front
Other features available are 2-position driver's memory storage for the seat, steering wheel outside mirrors and a passenger seat easy entry release button. Occupants will be entertained by a powerful Bose AM/FM/CD audio system with 8 speakers and a subwoofer.  It also has iPod connectivity and auxiliary audio input jack.
Stylish rear
Standard safety features include front and side-impact air bags with seat belt sensors. Occupant classification sensor, rollover sensor and Dual Pop-up Roll Bars which help protect occupants in case it rolls over.
Murano doing what it does best

The braking system comprises of 4-wheel disc brakes with Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Brake Assist (BA) and Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD). Every Murano CrossCabriolet comes with 20-inch all-season tires.
